Spent my Christmas at this hotel and absolutely loved it! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure everything was perfect during our stay. The room service food was delicious, and we loved being able to order a meal straight to our room. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with plenty of shops and attractions nearby. Plus, the hotel had a stunning pool and great gym facilities which were perfect for working off all the Christmas treats.
Our room didn't quite meet our expectations. We paid for a room with a balcony, free Wi-Fi, and a working TV but none of these were included in our stay.
